My Skills

UX Design

Conceptually designing and prototyping digital experiences, ranging from low-fidelity prototypes to high-fidelity mockups (from ideation to handoff).

UX Research

I utilize user research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative), such as usability testing, user interviews, ethnographic studies, card sorting, and surveys, to explore subjects and understand people's needs, pains and gains.

Service Design

We can understand services and products in an integrated way by mapping Journeys and Blueprints.
I also lead workshops where we develop and prioritize ideas, using tools like the business model canvas, value proposition canvas, empathy maps, and brainstorming exercises.
